Our Services
Initial Consult & Building the Case.
Before you meet your juries, a one-on-one consult will define the scope of the focus groups. The focus group is only as strong as the arguments presented, so we ask our clients to prepare the following:
Statements for the Plaintiff(s), the Defendant(s), and a Rebuttal
Proposed Jury Instructions
Our processes are entirely online, and demonstratives, video clips of depositions and more are encouraged. TestJuror offers video and audio anonymization services if needed to retain client privilege.
Finding Your Jurors
Our staff’s experience comes from years of digital ad buying and locating specific audiences online. TestJury’s specialty is finding juror pools as close to what you may see in trial as possible. It takes 2-3 weeks to generate a juror pool depending on the size and scope of the request, but we promise it’s worth it.
Run the Focus Group
TestJury focus groups are done entirely online. Our jurors will sit together for the statements from both sides, and then submit individual deliberations. After that, they will convene into their jury rooms and each reach a decision together.
Since our surveys are online, our clients are able and encouraged to hop on the calls if needed to spectate - but if you don’t have the time, the entire process will be recorded and available once completed.
Your Results
All videos, individual and group responses will be made available. The survey data can be sliced any way you want to see. Curious how younger jurors respond to an argument? Want to see how much rural jurors are willing to award vs. their urban counterparts? All that data will be yours to shape your arguments and discussions moving forward.
